24-Hour Medical Staffing Services, LLC is hiring experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.
JOB OVERVIEW:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to local operational teams and human resources function
Ensures administrative offices are maintained in an organized and clean manner
Field incoming telephone calls; assist customers on the phone or direct calls accordingly
Schedule and coordinate events (example: Holiday Luncheon, Family Day events, etc.)
Greet incoming visitors adhering to the appropriate security processes
Coordinating operational functions for the office (Federal Express, Copy Repair, Pitney Bowes, iron mountain, etc.)
Prepare and distributed reports on a re-occurring and ad-hoc basis
Meeting preparation to include scheduling, preparation of presentation materials, teleconference lines, catering service etc.
Attend department meetings, generate meeting minutes and distribute final, approved meeting minutes
Coordination of employee travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations, and ground transportation)
Compose correspondence (newsletters, letters, memos, e-mails, etc.)
Maintain filing system
Order and maintain supply inventories
Direct/assist facility management projects as assigned
Handle confidential information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/systems
Support recruitment efforts
Conduct new employee in processing in markets without HR on site, including orientations, coordinating finger printing and other necessary support
On site human resources liaison
Others duties as assigned to support the needs of the administrative office
Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be self-motivated
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of office equipment (FAX, copier, printer, etc.
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
High School diploma, or equivalent (GED) experience/combined education
0 to 1 years of administrative assistant experience
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
