to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.
JOB OVERVIEW:

- Salary: Level III $34.00
Level IV $42.00 - Location: San Dimas, California

Provider Recruiters Level III
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and selecting providers for nationwide
contracted positions
Performs outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for
potential job opportunities
Responsible for educating prospective candidates on the benefits of contracts
Responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationships
Partners with management and physicians to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and
build pool of viable candidates
Other projects and duties as assigned
Competencies:
Must be able to travel 70% of time
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Must have reliable transportation.
Experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and
credentialing of healthcare providers.
Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability
Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Previous cold calling experience.
Experience in developing and executing territory strategies.
Intermediate negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Possess organizational and follow up skills, with attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft products, ATS/CRS systems, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media
recruiting.
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificates & licenses)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education
6 to 10 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferably in the
healthcare industry)
