24-Hour Medical Staffing Services, LLC is hiring experienced Administrative Coordinator
to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.
JOB OVERVIEW:

- Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Duration: 12 months
- Salary: $15.50

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to clinic operational teams and providers
Responsible for clinic administrative functions including but not limited to: answering telephones, greeting incoming claimants, scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing schedules, data entry and filing
Ensures administrative offices are maintained in an organized and clean manner
Reviews and edits reports in proprietary software application to ensure accuracy (e.g., spelling, grammar, context, consistency, etc.) accomplished through review of computerized worksheets,
physician’s notes, and verifying information with physician per established standards and guidelines
Assists in preparation and delivery of reports for all lines of business including monitoring to ensure uniformity and correctness
Coordinating operational functions for the clinic and assists in provisioning medical records
Conduct confirmation calls prior to appointments (e.g., 72hrs, 8hrs, 24hrs, etc.)
Review and entry of computerized worksheets manually completed by claimants
Transcribe physician notes
Compose and coordinate correspondence (e.g., lab results to MA/Provider, re-scheduling of appointments, etc.)
Handle confidential information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/systems
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Ability to work independently as well as with a team, team builder
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of office equipment (FAX, copier, printer, etc.)
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
0 to 1 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a medical office environment
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
