to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.

Provider Recruiters Level I
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Qualify, and contract with, medical providers for medical disability examinations across the nation
 Extensive proactive communication by phone and e-mail
 Educate prospective provider candidates on the benefits of QTC and the noble value of the work
 Build and maintain candidate and contracted provider relationships
 Other projects and duties as assigned

Competencies:
 Intermediate sales, negotiation, customer service, and training skills.
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Ability to interact with highly educated providers by phone, e-mail, and face-to-face
 Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability
 Highly organized and detail oriented
 Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
 Critical thinking and problem solving skills
 Ability to master both current competencies and identify process improvements
 Proficient with Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting
 Passion for continuous learning and professional development
 Ambition and drive for both personal growth and significant contribution to continuous organizational
improvement

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificates & licenses)
 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
 0 to 3 years of proven success in recruitment, sales, or clinic consulting is highly desired, preferably in
healthcare or managed care, including phone and/or in-person sales of services, devices, equipment, or
pharmaceuticals to provider offices and clinics

 
Provider Recruiters Level II
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

managed care, including phone and/or in-person sales of services, devices, equipment, or
pharmaceuticals to provider offices and clinics.


Provider Recruiters Level III
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and selecting providers for nationwide
contracted positions
 Performs outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for
potential job opportunities
 Responsible for educating prospective candidates on the benefits of contracts
 Responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationships
 Partners with management and physicians to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and
build pool of viable candidates
 Other projects and duties as assigned

Competencies:
 Must be able to travel 70% of time
 Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
 Must have reliable transportation.
 Experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and
credentialing of healthcare providers.
 Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability
 Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills.
 Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Must be organized with good time management skills.
 Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
 Previous cold calling experience.
 Experience in developing and executing territory strategies.
 Intermediate negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
 Possess organizational and follow up skills, with attention to detail
 Proficient with Microsoft products, ATS/CRS systems, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media
recruiting.

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificates & licenses)
 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education
 6 to 10 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferably in the
healthcare industry)

 
Provider Recruiters Level IV
