Travel Coordinator (Temporary)

Are you someone who likes to make things happen? We’re seeking a Travel Coordinator to support all corporate travel related activities  on a temporary 9 week assignment. This involves arranging transportation, accommodations, and troubleshooting any travel issues. We’re looking for a multitasker with a passion to meet the needs of our team members. 

As a Travel Coordinator, You Will…
  • Provide ongoing travel support including flights, accommodations, transportation and payments
  • Book group travel for conferences, events and tradeshows
  • Act as a liaison between all corporate hotels, including credit card authorizations and direct billings 
  • Troubleshoot travel issues, which may involve being “on call” beyond normal business hours
  • Manage and update all travel portals 
  • Monitor ongoing travel spend and provide reporting
  • Manage and update travel policies as needed
  • Onboard new employees, maintain employee lists and department approval routings as needed
  • Other responsibilities as required 

As a Travel Coordinator, You Have…
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration is an asset
  • Experience in billing administration or office management is an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office / G Suite (experience with Excel strongly preferred)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills required for filing and data entry
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for i-dotting and t-crossing
  • A desire to learn, grow and succeed
