About the Job

We’re changing the way people think about customer care, and we need your help! We’re looking for an IT Generalist to maintain and repair computers, hardware and software in a break/fix environment. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion to provide generalized IT support and be an advocate of IT standards at our campuses.


As IT Generalist, You Will…

  • Provide generalized IT support as required
  • Install and test workstations
  • Ensure workstations are functional with computer hardware peripherals/components 
  • Fix performance issues, diagnose and replace hardware/software
  • Troubleshoot/report specific program issues
  • Verify application results and conduct system audits
  • Track and organize physical hardware and other IT assets 
  • Develop and manage organizational IT standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IT department and stations
  • Engage with internal and external partners to provide updates, solutions and ensure compliance relating to all IT components 
  • Interpret service delivery key metrics to problem solve
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with others
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of implemented technologies
  • Preserve assets by adhering to disaster recovery/backup procedures and information security/control structures 
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards


As IT Generalist, You Have…

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling (preferred) 
  • Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to multitask and self-manage your work day
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strong customer relations & presentation skills
