About the Job

We are working with the world’s biggest brands to invent the future of customer service and we need your help! We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

As Sales Coordinator for our emerging technology division, Laivly, you will create, analyze and maintain reports, coordinate client-facing engagements and build go-to-market presentations alongside the 24-7 Intouch Marketing Team.


As Sales Coordinator, You Will…

  • Manage a knowledge database of information, ensuring timely updates and communication between Sales, Marketing and Laivly
  • Build sales material including overviews, proposals and presentations
  • Coordinate existing engagements including scheduling meetings, follow-ups and tracking documents (proposals, decks, notes & action plans)
  • Ensure documents are kept up-to-date and accessible in Salesforce and other CRM databases
  • Coordinate internal creative support to design and update assets and collateral
  • Provide research and contract execution support
  • Perform data entry to maintain files as required
  • Prepare weekly pipeline reviews with respective stakeholder and reporting documents as required
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data for the tech market, in parallel with Laivly products
  • Assist with Sales account planning 
  • Provide campaign support for direct marketing including managing frequency of communication

As Sales Coordinator, You Have…
  • Post-secondary education in sales and marketing or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience with CRM (considered an asset)
  • Proficient working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a high volume of work
  • Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to plan and monitor for results
