Corporate Development Analyst


As a member of the Corporate Development team, you work collaboratively across functions (including Finance, Operations, Shared Services, Sales, Customer Experience and Legal) to identify and evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities as well as to maximize the enterprise value of existing operations. You provide the management team with the needed insight to drive intelligent, sound decision-making. You understand the industry landscape and harness it to manage organic growth as well as deals and integration. You bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think “big picture.”

  • Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal growth and development efforts
  • Collaborate with executive and senior management teams to develop 24-7 Intouch’s strategic and investment priorities
  • Structure problems and deliver insights and recommendations to the executive team. Gather, analyze, and effectively present large amounts of information from different data sources expeditiously
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities
  • Lead internal functional groups and external professional firms through efficient diligence proceedings in the evaluation of acquisition opportunities or planning and execution of organic growth strategies
  • Identifying and execute initiatives to optimize enterprise value and developing strong financial and operational reporting for different stakeholders
  • Facilitate international expansion by ensuring proper structures, processes and partnerships are established
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience as an Analyst, Accountant, Management Consultant, Finance/economics professional, or similar
  • Excellent modeling and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
  • Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think holistically, manage short and long term projects/milestones and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prepare detailed due diligence reports
  • Strong track record of professional performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to establish strong working relationships with different business partners and influence favourable outcomes
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of their time
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking seen as asset
  • Experience with organizations in service based industries seen as asset
