We’re searching for a Director, Accounting to lead and develop our global Accounting Teams. This role will be responsible for driving process improvements around reporting and will align control environments across all of our campuses. Our ideal person is someone with the vision, experience and passion to make a tangible contribution to our entrepreneurial culture. We’re looking for an analytical mindset and a drive to deliver accurate results. 

As Director, Accounting, You Will…

  • Oversee and mentor all Controllers and underlying teams
  • Drive improved processes and controls around monthly accounting and reporting
  • Align processes and control environments across all campuses 
  • Ensure company accounting is in compliance with IFRS
  • Oversee consolidated year end audit
  • Liaise with governance committees on behalf of Finance
  • Oversee projects to align different functions better with accounting (credit cards, procurement, reporting, payroll, etc)

As Director, Accounting, You Have…

  • CPA Designation
  • 6+ years of work experience and 3+ years of management experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills 
  • The ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
