We’re hiring an Executive Assistant for two of our Vice Presidents in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role will involve providing high-level support to ensure that our organization and Vice Presidents are enabled to be as effective and productive as possible. This role requires a fearless attitude and a passion to contribute to our culture.

As Executive Assistant, You Will…

  • Assist the Vice Presidents in day-to-day activities including email management, record keeping, report preparation and other general office duties
  • Respond to general inquiries and forwarding to various departments
  • Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms, teleconferences, preparation of material and taking minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning

As Executive Assistant, You Have…

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong customer relations & presentation skill
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior ability to multitask and self-manage 
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • The ability to adapt to change and innovation
  • Maintain quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • A highly resourceful, proactive and reliable attitude
