We’re searching for an Organizational Development Specialist to leverage tools, technology and innovative platforms that will provide analytical support to grow the people development, efficiencies and change management processes across our organization. This role will also implement initiatives and change management strategies that allow our leaders to better manage and grow their people and programs.

As Organizational Development Specialist, You Will…

  • Configure and maintain systems to provide a fact-based, scientific approach to data analysis
  • Assist with the productivity and efficiency in the execution of programs
  • Create, modify and prepare specialized reports in the areas of performance management, engagement, talent management, succession plans, organizational change and efficiency
  • Conduct system administration in the employee performance management tool, which includes data importation, accurate employee data and minor system configurations maintenance
  • Prepare employee performance management reports to department leaders on a quarterly basis, based on the unique timelines and requirements of each department
  • Develop internal communications that relate to the employee performance management program, including: intranet posts, campus/organization-wide updates and targeted email communications
  • Monitor the performance management email inbox, provide end-to-end services to employees’ transactional inquiries and escalate complex inquiries 
  • Participate in employee interviews with a focus on discussion notes, in order to draft interview themes
  • Provide support with additional Organizational Development initiatives, as the department grows to support organizational expansion

As Organizational Development Specialist, You Have…

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Commerce, preferably with a major in Human Resources
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Experience with large data analytics & software configuration
  • Experience with complex projects, involving numerous stakeholders, from start to finish
  • Knowledge of scientific/statistical predictive modeling
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • The ability to decipher large data into usable and actionable information
  • Proven ability to work across several departments to solve problems and achieve results
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Discretion to handle highly confidential data
  • The ability to adapt to change in an innovative and fast paced environment
