ABOUT THE JOB
The Sourcer plays a critical role in helping 24-7 Intouch find the best candidates for our clients. Process multi-channel applications, filters and settles appointments for applicable candidates. Performs phone interviews and uses several systems to validate and document all interactions, then move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process.
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills and love interacting with a diverse group of people
- You’re extremely organized and can juggle multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- You’re able to handle a high volume of work and maintain confidentiality at all times
- You’ve got strong computer skills and can perform intermediate mathematical functions
- You’re able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Studies in Psychology is a plus.
