We’re hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to support the financial success of our Operations Team. Reporting directly to the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis, this role will own the review of financial performance. Working closely with Operations and other functional groups, this position will develop and execute on project plans to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. This role will also work closely with our Payroll, Billing and Accounting Teams to ensure streamlines processes and insightful reporting for managing financial performance are in place. As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, You Will…

  • Learn our business inside and out 
  • Analyze and identify key areas to drive financial performance within Operations
  • Work closely and collaborate with the Operations Teams and other functional support groups to support them in achieving financial performance goals
  • Develop and execute projects prioritized with the results of analyses of our business
  • Create ongoing measures and standards for success
  • Develop a small and agile team to assist in achieving these results
  • Work closely with the Reporting Team to develop ongoing reporting based on the results of the focused project

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, You Have…

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Economics or similar discipline
  •  At least 4 years work experience including managing, collaborating with different functional groups, reviewing financial work and organizing a team to consistently meet critical deadlines
  • Strong knowledge and background in financial analytics
  • Analytical and problem solving experience with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a mid-sized team
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills to develop internal relationships and partnerships with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to complete tasks quickly in a high energy environment
