We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to oversee recruiting and hiring for all areas of 24-7 Intouch, from entry level to the Executive Team. This role will also lead and support our local Corporate Recruiters.


As Senior Corporate Recruiter, You Will…
  • Provide recruiting support for a team of Corporate Recruiters
  • Support execution and implementation associated with recruiting deliverables 
  • Produce accurate and relevant metrics and reports
  • Manage multiple requisitions, inclusive of applicant inflow
  • Evaluate and select appropriate candidates for the interview process
  • Conduct phone/video/on-site interviews to assess cultural/role fit
  • Interpret and contribute to the standards provided for candidates to be assessed upon
  • Use advertising, social media, presentations, internet groups and current relationships to help create candidate pipelines
  • Conduct special projects as assigned

As Senior Corporate Recruiter, You Have…

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Some post-secondary education (preferred)
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment (or related industry)
  • Leadership experience (considered an asset)
  • An operational or HR background within a contact center environment (considered an asset)
  • Familiarity with online applicant tracking systems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment
  • The ability to complete multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A passion for building and maintaining relationships and rapport
  • The ability to adapt to change and innovation
  • The ability to plan and monitor for results 
  • A resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates 
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and strong organizational skills
  • Natural discretion to make subjective assessments of candidates
