Executive Assistant to the President in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.  Provide high-level support to ensure that our Organization and President are enabled to be as effective and productive as possible. 


  • 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • A proven ability to prioritize and manage a heavy daily workload and multitask
  • Outstanding organizational skills 
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, passion, and drive. 
  • Extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • A professional attitude
  • Extensive experience working under strict deadlines and pressure
