ABOUT THE JOB
The Recruiter plays a critical role in helping 24-7 Intouch find the best candidates for our clients. This position also helps with the on-boarding process, and makes sure orientation sessions run smoothly. We want the best experience for new hires as they are welcomed to 24-7 Intouch, and the Recruiter plays an instrumental role in making that happen.
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills and love interacting with a diverse group of people
- You’re extremely organized and can juggle multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- You’re able to handle a high volume of work and maintain confidentiality at all times
- You’ve got strong computer skills and can perform intermediate mathematical functions
- You’re able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Studies in Psychology is a must, complete college degree is a plus.
