Dietary Cook
ESSENTIAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production
- Prep food and keep all areas of the kitchen clean at all times
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
- Ensures food and supply items are stored and stocked per standards
- Attend in-service and safety meetings accordingly
- Perform job safety while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Must have Strong Culinary Skills a plus.
- 2 years' experience as a cook in an restaurant, senior living center, senior housing or hospital environment.
- Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be a team player
- Ability to pass a background investigation and pre-employment test.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986.
